With a passion for food as fuel and flavor, I bring years of culinary training and creativity to every meal I craft. My approach to meal prep goes beyond convenience—I focus on nutrient-dense, performance-driven dishes designed to energize high-performing individuals while never sacrificing taste.

For the past two years, I’ve served as the Head Chef at the Camden Center, a premier integrative mental health and wellness facility, where I crafted meals that were as beautiful and delicious as they were nutritionally precise. Working closely with clinicians and nutritionists, I developed menus tailored to strict dietary protocols and diverse health needs—consistently delivering food that supported healing and high performance without compromising on flavor or presentation. This experience sharpened my skills in therapeutic, intentional cooking and deepened my ability to meet a wide range of dietary needs with creativity and care.

I’ve also had the privilege of honing my craft under the guidance of acclaimed chefs such as Pyet Despain, Rashida Holmes, and Karla Subero Pittol, each of whom has influenced my culinary perspective with their dedication to excellence, innovation, and global flavors. Their mentorship has shaped my commitment to thoughtful preparation, refined technique, and bold, memorable flavor combinations.
